Department of Foreign Languages Education

The trainings of the TÜBİTAK 4005 Project, led by Prof. Dr. Birsen Tütüniş, one of the faculty members of the Department of Foreign Language Education, started on Monday, September 6, 2021. The opening of the project was made by our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Sinan Alçın, Büyükçekmece District Governor Dr. Mehmet Özel and Büyükçekmece National Education Director Hasan Uygun.

IKU ELT Club organized an event titled "Language Teaching in Distance Education: Online Teaching during Covid-19 Pandemic" on the Adobe Connect Virtual Classroom Application on Tuesday, March 23 at 14:00. Asst. Prof. Tuncer Can, Lecturer Dr. Gökçe Kurt Tiftik and Duygu Erdoğan attended the event as speakers.
